She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Creed Davis and Retha J. Kiser Davis; her husband Robert W. Adelstein; and her brothers, Horace J. Davis and Orville T. Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy L. Mullins (Terry) of Abingdon, Todd Smith (Amanda) of Montgomery and Charles K. Parker of Bristol; her siblings, Helen J. McReynolds of Lebanon, Juanita D. Campbell (Paul) of Lebanon, Danny Davis (Diane) of Lebanon and Bernard Davis (Norma) of DeRidder, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Mason T. Smith, Zachary Smith, Owen Smith, Claire Smith and Joshlyn Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing practices will be implemented, and face masks will be required for attendance.
