It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee F. Garrett (Washington, Virginia), who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude E. "Blackie" Garrett and Bernice Huff Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Grace Gilmer Garrett; and his sisters, Mary Ann Moore (French) and Claudia Sprinkle (Malcolm). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
