We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2021, at the age of 74, Janice Chappell Hollowell (Washington, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Chappell and Reba Chappell; her husband Julian "Duke" Hollowell; her children, Melissa Oskoian of Florida, Karen Arnold of Alabama and Carmen Hollowell of Smithfield, VA; and her grandchildren, Arron, Bradon, Kaden, Logan, Seira and Celena.
