He is survived by: his wife Phyliss Sowers Hutton; his children, Jimmy Hutton of Damascus, Jodie Hutton of Bluff City, TN and Tina Allison of Greeneville, TN; his sister Delores Wagner of Glade Spring; and his stepson Mark Halsey of Wytheville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
