She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Boyd and Lena Wright Boyd; her husband Willis Dale Starcher, Sr.; her daughter Christina Starcher; her grandson Joshua Irick; and her siblings, Donna Morris, Loretta Gainer, Linda Church, Jackie E. Boyd and Carl B. Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hendershot of Washington, Kathy McKinniss (Andy) of Belpre, Barbara Smith (Chris) of Parkersburg, Robert Arbogast (Sheila) of Parkersburg, Willis Dale Starcher, Jr. (Alisha) of Vienna, Eric Starcher (Kathy) of Parkersburg and Craig Starcher (Shannon) of Parkersburg; her sisters, Patty Thomas of Parkersburg and Jeannine Clark (Don) of Parkersburg; and her pet Molly.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home (521 Fifth St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
