He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Lewis Bebber and Eliza Ann Heath Bebber; and his daughter Christy Vanhuss. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bebber; his children, Lee McKinnon (Edwin Rosario) of Abingdon and Freddie Bebber (Marcy) of Abingdon, Virginia; his brothers, Lewis E. Bebber of Atkins and Sam Bebber (Carolyn) of Glade Spring, Virginia; and his grandchildren, William VanHuss, Hunter McKinnon, Hannah McKinnon and Cadence Bebber.
