It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Lowe (Washington, Virginia), who passed away on February 26, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Blevins and Mary Stuart Branson Blevins; her stepfather Charlie Marsh; and her husband Marshall H. Lowe. She is survived by: her son Jimmy Lowe (Donna) of Richmond, VA; her grandsons, Nick Kennedy and Ryan Kennedy; and also Don Branson (Charlotte) of Richmond.
