He was predeceased by: his son Terry Mark Andis; and his parents, Edgar Newton Andis and Ruby Opal Andis. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dylan Blake Andis and Kori Grace Andis; his sons, Blake Andis (Kim) and Wade Andis; and his grandchild Kori Andis. He is also survived by many sibling brothers and sisters.
Gene began working on his family farm at the young age of 8, to which he continued for many years until Alzheimer's made an unwelcomed appearance in his life.
