She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Stewart; her parents, Joseph Barber and Etorie Barber; and her daughter Denise Coleman. She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Stewart, Ricardo "Rick" Stewart and Jonathan Stewart (Michaela); her grandchildren, Tracy Silva, Sam Stewart and Jack Stewart; her great grandchildren, Trent Silva and Alexis Silva; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Delaney.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Alzheimers Association.
