With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy C. Barlow of Washington, Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Andrew and Helen Ruth Barlow; and her sister Barbara Jean Barlow. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Bentley (Cecil) and Johnny Barlow; and her close friend Janie Umbarger (Allen).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Church of New Beginnings in Glade Spring, VA, in memory of Dot.
