She was predeceased by: her parents, Linkous Skeens and Maggie Skeens (Stiltner); her husband Willard Looney; and her son Timothy Looney. She is survived by: her children, Terry Looney, Debra Hawkins (David) and Kathy O'Quinn (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Jason Wachob (Dru), Randi Wachob and Matt Snodgrass (Hillary); and her great grandchild Hunter Wachob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
