It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lorraine Dillard Carrier of Washington, Virginia, born in Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzo Dillard and Iona Pearl Campbell Dillard. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Jay Gouge, Jim Jackson, Stephanie Musick (Lee) and Amanda Kilgore (Michael); her grandchildren, Zachary Gouge, Caleb Gouge (Chi), Emma Musick and Michael Kilgore, Jr.; her great grandchild Aubrey Gouge; and her friend Elaine Benton.
