He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles H. Fannin Sr. and Betty J. Fannin; his wife Dianne Britton Fannin; his daughters, Amber Hull (Eric) and Lorie Spence; his grandchildren, Nash, Mason Spence, Paul Sharpe, Chase and Averie Hull; his stepgranddaughters, Lauren Hull Casey (Kevin) and Marilyn Hull; his great grandchildren, Cora and Leo Casey; his brother Gary Fannin (Diane); and his brothers-in-law, George Britton III and David Britton (Christine).
In his memory, Charlie asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
