She is survived by: her son Gregory Evans of Washington, D. C; and her grandchildren, Cynthia Pennix of Lynchburg Virginia, Jamie Howell, Katrell Howell, Cynjae Pennix, Talib Bailey of Lynchburg, Anthony Eugene Jordan and Deonte Jordan of Washington, D. C..
