With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Joe Blevins of Washington, Virginia, who passed away on December 9, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Blevins and Helen Blevins; his former wife Shirley Blevins; and his son Ted Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughters, Brenda (Danny Otey) and Mary Jane Blevins; and his stepchildren, Melissa Wise (Tim), Marcia Taylor (Nate) and Rodney Dickens (Crystal). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
