He is survived by: his significant other Donna Ihde; his children, Lisa of Fuquay Varina, NC and Lonnie of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Alex Harriman (Jenny), Eva Willets of Concord, NC and Aaron Willets of Fuquay Varina, NC.; and his siblings, Bob (Wilma Chafin) of Greensboro, NC, Gilbert (Doris Chafin) of Christiansburg, VA, Deanna (Gary Mallory) of Radford, VA and George (Loraine Chafin) of Christiansburg, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews with spouses and children.
