He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Grigsby and Myrtle Grigsby; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Jimmy Grigsby, Elmer Grigsby, Buddy Grigsby, Junior Grigsby, Garland Payne, Beulah Fagan, Gladys Fagan, Madeline Davis and Edna Hunkins.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia G. Barrack (Allen) and William H. Grigsby Jr. (Judy); and his grandchildren, Zachary Barrack (Kathia), Jacob Barrack, Jennifer Bailey and Megan Rollins (Dustin). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
