He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldemar Richard Sulik and Elsie Pauline Sulik; and his son-in-law Matthew Yates. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Waldy Vincent "Vince" Sulik Jr. (Jennifer), Margaret Trice (Mark), Shelley Yates, Daniel Jordan (Carolyn) and Kathleen Bundy (Travis); and his siblings, Paul Sulik, Gene Sulik, Rex Sulik and Sandra Sulik. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.
