The family will receive friends at the Welch Funeral Home – Marks Chapel on Monday, May 28, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a Masonic service held at 3:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family request that you make a donation to the charity or church of your choice.
