It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Steven Obier (Warsaw, Virginia), born in Lottsburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lee Obier and Mattie Ellen Brooks Obier. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jenkins Obier; his children, Victoria Obier Fisher (Keith) and Steven Tyler Obier; his grandchildren, Ryan Fox Fisher and Madison Louise Fisher; and his siblings, Ernest Lee Obier (Anita), Margaret Bolt, Betty McNeal (George "Hub") and Cathy Obier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Steve's memory to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
