We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2018, at the age of 72, Robert Neale (Warsaw, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Presley Neale. He is survived by: his son Franklin R. Neale, Sr. (Terry); his grandchildren, Franklin R. Neale, Jr. and Kimberly M. Neale (Nick); his great grandchild Amelia; and his siblings, Joseph Neale and Joyce Keller. He is also survived by three nephews and three nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation to Riverside Tappahannock Hospice at 229 Hospital Road, Tappahannock, Va 22560 in honor of the excellent care they gave to Wayne.
