We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2022, Richard D. Watts Sr. of Warsaw, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney J. Watts and Martha Dolph Foley; his stepsons, Danny Monroe and Thomas Holsinger; his sons, Bobby and Billy Watts; his wife Judy K. Watts; his children, Richard D. Watts Jr. (Belinda), Donald Watts (Patty) of Disputanta, VA, Greg Watts, Michele D. Williams of De Soto, WI and Lora Weaver; his grandchildren, Courtney Christel (Vincent), Chelsea Watts of Chester, VA, Adam Williams and Ashley Williams of De Soto, WI.; his stepchildren, Cathy Smith, Mark Monroe (Leslie), Ed Holsinger (Dawna), Scott Holsinger, Diane Coene (Harry), Trish Heidler (Dennis) and Aaron Donovan (Meghan); his stepdaughter-in-law Fonda Holsinger; and his siblings, Jim Watts (Cheryl), Sidney "Buster" Watts, Howard Watts (Elaine), Gary Watts (Robyn), Dale Watts (Mary), Mark Watts, Margie Stachewicz (John), Pat Musto (Dave), Susan Kolescar (Zoltan) and Diane Ennis (Justin). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
