He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Dandridge Sydnor, Sr. and Lou Jeter Sanford Sydnor; his wife Dora Dean Bradshaw Sydnor; and his siblings, Margaret Franklin, Louise Morse and Lawrence Sydnor.
He is survived by: his children, Terry S. Packett (Wayne), Angie S. Balderson (William Lewis) and D. Brian Sydnor; his grandchildren, Adam W. Packett, Ashley K. Packett, Aaron N. Packett, G. Brett Balderson (Brittany), Blake T. Balderson (Madison), Briana H. Balderson (Nick), Trae Jenkins (Brittany), Blaire N. Sydnor (Nick), D. Bladen Sydnor and B. Lance Sydnor (Madison); his great grandchildren, Kayla Packett, Trinity Moreno, Jamerson Riggin and Oliver Jenkins; and his brother Jack Sydnor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
