Welch, II; her children, Bliss Coates, III (Diane), Elizabeth Hopson (Robert), Bryan G. Coates (Marvette), Laura and King (George); and her stepchildren, Sarah W. Hughes (Jonathan) and Paul Welch, II (Julie). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
