He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Sponcelar Bailey and Leslie Marie Agee Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kyle Bailey (Jenn) of Chester, Virginia and Kristy Self (Steven) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Wen, Lilly and Juniper; and his brother Mickey Bailey of Alabama. He is also survived by friends, extended family and former co-workers.
