He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan Peddicord; his son Brent Ashburn; and his stepchildren, Wanda Hayden and Phillip Lynn Hayden. He is survived by: his children, Karen Johnson of Farnham, Robert Ashburn (Buffy) of King George and Charles C. Hayden of Aylett. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.
