He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Sellers Lackey; and his parents, Joseph Martin Lackey, Sr. and Genevieve Gurnell Lackey. He is survived by: his children, Mark Lackey (Lori) of Pennsville, AnnMarie Lackey of Warsaw and Kimberly Fischer (Scott) of Stafford; his sister Veronica Michel (James) of Callao; his grandchildren, Christina Lackey (Kythe Rogers) of New Holland, Kate Lynn Lackey and Jake Lackey; and also, Jay Michel of Suttercreek and David Michel of Jacksonville.
