He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carroll Hogge, Sr. and Grace Lee McRae Hogge. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Hogge; his sisters, Catherine Ann Kiss (Howard) and Anita Marie Norman; and his pets, Alice Rose, Bubbi and Trouble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beulah Baptist Church (130 Beulah Ln, Warsaw, VA 22572). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
