He is survived by: his wife Kelli Ann Payne; his daughter Morgan E. Minor; his parents, Robert E. "Bobby" Minor and Dorethia Self Minor; his brother Charles William Minor (Becky); his niece Olivia Grace Minor; and his nephews, Rick and Mike Rose. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
