He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence C. Woolard (Blue) and Mae Harris Woolard; his wife Joyce Brann Woolard; his children, David B. Woolard (Yvonne) and Kimberly W. Hinson (William) of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Connor Brent Woolard, Lindsay Mae Hinson and Leslie Faith Hinson; and his brothers, Lawrence C. Woolard Jr. (Barbara) and Henry W. Woolard (Anne). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Callao Volunteer Fire Department and/ or Hospice of Virginia.
