With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Indianola Rock Balderson (Warsaw, Virginia), born in Woodford, Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Bruce Rock and Ruth Luttrell Rock; her husband Clifton Bristow Balderson; her daughter Lois B. Clark; and her son-in-law Dennis Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Clifton Moxley Balderson (Kim), Debbie L. Harper (Billy), Dee B. Davis (Brian) and Judy G. Sydnor (Roy); her grandchildren, Kendall Marx, Sylvia Povar, Amanda Sydnor, Jonathan Sydnor, Matthew Harper and Clifton James Balderson; and her great grandchildren, Robyn, Aidan, Bella, Maddie, Lily, Evie, Jameson, Avery and Joelle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in loving memory of Indianola, to Newland Church of Christ Cemetery Fund, 1044 County Bridge Road, Warsaw, VA 22572 and the Richmond County Fire Department #3 Auxiliary, P. O. Box 1232, Warsaw, VA 22572.
