With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Coates (Warsaw, Virginia), who passed away on August 13, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nervy Brown and Etta Brown. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Gordon (Jerry) of Warsaw, Edward Coates (Sue) of Warsaw, Jane Revere of Warsaw and Roy Coates of Aylett; and her grandmother Coatsey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riverside Tappahannock Hospice, 289 Hospital Road, Tappahannock, VA 22560.
