It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ferdinand Dugan (Warsaw, Virginia), born in Catonsville, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand C. Dugan II and Mary MacDonald Macgill; his former wife Jane Stevens Dugan; and his sister Mary Macgill Dugan Shipley of Catonsville, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie M. Dugan; his sister Annie; and his children, Ferdinand C. Dugan, Jane T. Dugan, MD, Mary Macgill Dugan Antor (Sandy), Jennifer S. Land (Joseph), Patrick C. Dugan (Annie) and Philip S. Dugan (Kara). He is also survived by his 30 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
