It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Short Lewis (Warsaw, Virginia), who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Julian Short; her husband Charles Augustus Lewis; her brother John "Jack" Settle Short; and her sons-in-law, H. Haden Jones and Greg Glessner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Mitchell Lewis, Julia Marie Jones (Tom Narron) and Louella Glessner; her grandchildren, J. D. Jones and Brian Glessner; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Marie Jones and Kaleb Haden Jones.
