She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Glenmore Martin and Esther Ruth Mundie Martin; and her son Donnie. She is survived by: her children, Dale Hayes, Darren Hayes (Julie) and Debbie Hayes Lee (Matt); her grandchildren, Michelle, Taylor, Bud, Dustin, Cayden, Pic, Drake, Cacee and Cain; her great grandchildren, Kamdyn, David and Salem; her sister-in-law Ann Safelle; and also Janet Lee.
Her family requests that in lieu of flowers you honor her love of children by making a donation in her memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
