He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Canby and Rosalee Canby. He is survived by: his wife Janice Canby; his daughter Laura Claire Lintner (Phillip); his stepchildren, Wendy Siller (Johnnie) and Derek Hansen (Rachel Buck); his siblings, Henry Canby, III and Connie Morton (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Oliver Lintner and Charity Chishimba. He is also survived by his loving niece, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
