She is survived by: her daughter Cailey Lynn; her parents, Charles Lewis and Terry Lewis; her sisters, Kelly Nothstein (Joshua), Kerry Bays (Mitchell) and Shelly Lewis; and her grandfather Tommy Lewis. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers a fund is being set up for her daughter Cailey Lynn.
