He was predeceased by: his parents, George Merle Jenkins and Virginia Arriebell Anthony Jenkins; and his sister Ellen Faye Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Jenkins; his children, Charles A. Jenkins, Jr. (Tabitha), Larry W. Jenkins (Elizabeth), Virginia Ann Ritchie (Owen) and Stephanie D. Whay (Troy); his siblings, Randolph Jenkins (Edna) and Esther Callis; his grandchildren, Fiona, Sophia, Illiana, Delila, Andrew, Garrett, Lewis, Violet, Pheobe, Mason, Jedidiah and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, T. J., Tre and Mikaela.
