He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Combs and Edna Catherine Bareford Combs; and his stepson Jordan Fogarty. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Jamerson and Ashley Fogarty; his former wife Tammy Jo Combs; and his brothers, James Monroe Combs (Jennifer) and Clarence Dale Combs (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
His family requests that in lieu of flowers you honor Wayne's love of animals by making a donation in his name to the Richmond County Animal Shelter at P.O. Box 1371, Warsaw, VA 22572.
