He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Samuels; his parents, Lillie Lee-Bryant and Carroll Samuels; and his siblings, Carroll Benjamin, Melvin, Patricia Samuels and Shirley Simmons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Gore and Melinda Sickle; his grandchildren, Raven, Ralph Moxley and Jessie Gore; his great grandchildren, Ralph, Brooke and Axel Moxley; and his sister Betty Coates.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home- Marks Chapel (10300 Richmond Rd, Warsaw, VA 22572). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Totuskey Baptist Church Cemetery (637 Totuskey Church Rd, Warsaw, VA 22572).
