He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Arthur and Cora Arthur; his son Timothy Wayne Arthur; and his brother Allen Floyd Arthur. He is survived by: his close friend Mitzi Jones Sizemore; his daughter Lindsey Arthur Thivodeau; his grandchildren, T. J., Erica and Jaxx; his brothers, James Earl Arthur (Patsy) and David Lee Arthur, Sr. (Cathy); and his daughter-in-law Karen Fletcher Arthur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
