He is survived by: his children, Amy Holt (David) of Sterling, VA and Dr. Todd Kays (Susan) of Denver, NC; his grandson Kyle R. Kays of Philadelphia, PA; his sister Barbara K. Fisher of Roanoke, VA.; and his wife Pearl Lunsford.
