He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Broach Mayo; and his parents, Dailey Roger and Annie Sue Mayo. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Huffman (James), William C. Mayo, Jr. (Susan), Patricia Stine (Doug) and Karen Putnam (Rick); his grandchildren, Ted Huffman, Elizabeth Wharton, Rebecca and Mike Stine; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Paul, Henry Huffman, Jackson, Connor Wharton and Emilia Stine; and his siblings, Dailey Robert Mayo and Helen Wilmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church Endowment Fund.
