We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2023, at the age of 93, Walter Lee Owens of Warrenton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wilfred Owens and Mary Fannie Carr Owens; his wife Mildred Stewart Owens; and his son Arthur Lee Owens. He is survived by: his daughter Linda (Jose Saldana); his sister Helen; his grandchildren, Joseph Saldana (Noelia), Adam Saldana (Imelda) and Anita Owens; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas and Madeline Owens.
