She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Roy Ritenour and Lucy Mae Botts; her sister Dorothy R Clem; and her husband Dick Westlake (Dick). She is survived by: her daughter Lucia Coffey-Pearmund (Chris) of Warrenton; and her niece Gail Clem Hansen of Manassas.
