She is survived by: her boyfriend James Campbell; her children, Melissa Bland (Nelson) of Warrenton, VA, James (Rebecca) and Brian Bland of Warrenton, VA; her siblings, Viola Bland of Warrenton, VA, Carolyn Bland (Tony) of Chester Gap, VA, William Bland, III of Marshall, VA, Robert Bland (Bonnie), David Bland (Gail) of Manassas, VA and Matthew Bland (Betsy) of Burleson, TX; her grandchildren, Kya, Kaleb, Kyle Bland, Deja Bland, Darryl, David Mayfield, Brian Bland, Jr., Tanisha, Danielle, Ebonie Morton and Joshua Robinson; her aunts, Virginia Lewis and Louise Neal; her uncle John Sheppard; and her extended family, Harry, Pam Warner, Rev. Norman Campbell, Margaret Campbell, Mary Frances Campbell, Richard Campbell, Esther Russell, Sharil "Shay" Bowens, Lucille Bland and Jacqueline. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.

She was an active member in the church until her health began to fail and the COVID-19 pandemic prevented her from doing so.
