He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Shaffer and Elmira Shaffer; and his wife Joyce Helen Cale. He is survived by : his brother Terry Shaffer of Johnstown; his son Scott; his daughter Ronda; his daughter-in-law Tammy; and his grandsons, Tyler and Nathan Shaffer.
