He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Claudia Fizer-Woodall of Amissville, VA; his children, Michael Perry of Rappahannock, VA, Crystal Henshaw (James Tweedie Jr.) of Culpeper, VA and Christopher Henshaw (Lisha Henshaw) of Christiansburg, VA; his granddaughters, Harlie and Willow Riley; his aunt Mabel Fizer-McGlothlin (Norman McGlothlin) of Fayetteville, PA; his uncle John Morley of Fredericksburg, VA.; his wife Barbara Perry-Woodall; his father Robert Joe Woodall Sr.; his grandparents, Muriel Walker-Fizer and Harry D. Fizer; his aunts, Jean Fizer-Fauver and Ruby Fizer-Morley; and his granddaughter Lilly Sara Riley. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
