He is survived by: his wife Cathie Yerdon Tuzzolino of Orwell; his children, Ralph Tuzzolino, Jr. (Michelle) of Floyd, NY, James Tuzzolino (Anne) of Warrenton, VA, Sean Tuzzolino (Samantha) of Bristol, TN and Tina Smith (Larry) of Whitesboro, NY; his stepchildren, Christopher Balcom (Kristi) of Lacona and Cheryl Hamilton of Carthage; and his siblings, Carl Tuzzolino, Jr. of Sylvan Beach, Carol Rasmussen of Rome and Donna LaPorte of Floyd. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
