Penny Ann Downs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Penny Ann Downs of Warrenton, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Downs and Marguerite Downs; and her brothers, Michael A. Downs and Mark Bissen. She is survived by: her siblings, Diane L. Pitts (Dean), Patricia D. Payne (Robert), Susan Lock Conlon, Sue Misselbeck (Karen), Stephen J. Downs, Dennis Adams (Pam) and Patrick Bissen (Jane); and her sister-in-law Virginia Downs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the South Chapel (1260 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
